I acknowledge and confirm that I am ordering items listed on this website and agree to the following conditions:
Payments:
We accept the following forms of payment:
1. Credit Card through our website’s secure checkout.
2. Credit Card through our phone at: 410-404-0320.
3. Check or money order. After an online order is placed, we will hold your items for 7 days. If payment is not received within 7 days, we will release your order back into our inventory. All payments made with check will be held ten days from receipt of payment.
Shipping:
1. Most orders order are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
2. Standard delivery time is 2-10 business days from the date your order was placed. Most of our in stock items are shipped next business day. If you would like your order sent overnight or with a delivery date guaranteed, please contact us first at: 410-404-0320 or sales@macmachineguns.com .
3. All shipping rates are quoted FOB. If you would like to add insurance, you must contact us first at: 410-404-0320 or sales@macmachineguns.com.
Sale of firearms, machine guns, or any federally regulated or NFA item:
1. We do not sell any federally regulated items through our online store. We have the items listed on site that are for sale, but in order to purchase them, you must contact us at: 410-404-0320 or sales@macmacineguns.com. We will walk you through your order and discuss payment, dealer, and shipping arrangements at that time.
2. All firearms or NFA items must be shipped to a federal licensed firearms dealer. There will be no exceptions made, to do so is illegal.
Refund Policy:
Non-Firearm/NFA Purchases
1. Refunds can be made on unused/unopened merchandise only. All refund requests must be made within ten calendar days from the date the order was delivered and must be received by us within fifteen days from the date of delivery. All refunds must be returned at the buyers expense. Original shipping charges are not refundable. All refunds are subjected to a 20% restocking fee. 2. We will not refund any used or installed items of any kind.

Exchange Policy:
Non-Firearm/NFA Purchases
1. Exchanges can be made on unused/unopened merchandise only. All exchange requests must be made within ten calendar days from the date the order was delivered and must be returned to us within fifteen days from the date of delivery. Exchanges can be credited up to the full purchase price of the item less shipping on both the new order and original order.
2. We will not exchange any used or installed items of any kind.

Order Cancellation Policy:
You may cancel an order ONLY if you contact us prior to shipping. We ship 95% of all orders within 36 hours of being placed, so you must contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order.
Warranty Policy:
Items Manufactured and services performed by Practical Solutions:
We will warranty all of our items and services against defects occurred in the manufacturer process and through no fault of the customer for a period of 90 days after date of delivery. If there is a problem with your item or service please contact us immediately to discuss. We will not warranty any item and/or service that has been modified, misused or used in any way other than it’s original design or intention.
Items Manufactured by Any Other Manufacturer or Distributor:
We are not a warranty or repair provider for any other manufacturer or distributor. All warranty and repair service/replacements must be obtained from the manufacturer of the item directly. If you have a problem with your item, we will provide you with contact information for the manufacturer.
Firearm and/or NFA Payment, Dealer, Shipping Information Policy:
We have listed a selection of our firearms, machine guns, and suppressors for sale on our website. They cannot be purchased through our website, they are listed for display purposes only. If you would like to purchase a firearm and/or NFA (machine gun, suppressor, short barrel riffle, any other weapon, etc.) from us, please contact us directly to discuss payment, shipping and dealer information. Once negotiations have been completed, you will have 10 business days to make payment and submit your FFL Dealer information. If payment has been received and you do not follow through with providing your dealer information, we will hold your purchase for a period of 6 months. If after 6 months, you have not submitted all documentation/information needed to complete the transaction, the item will be returned to our available inventory and no refund of any kind will be allowed.
